We\âre on the hunt forTeaching Assistantsto support students across primary schools in Bristol. Youâll be working in the SEN department, helping pupils thrive in their learningâwhether thatâs one-on-one, in small groups, or supporting the wider classroom. You will also be working in mainstream classes, supporting the class teachers in the delivery of the lessons.
Experience with SEN is a bonusâbut not a dealbreaker. What matters most is your energy, empathy, and enthusiasm. Maybe youâve done youth work, sports coaching, or youâre studying psychology? If you know how to build rapport and motivate young people, you\âre halfway there.
