Responsibilities
- Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
- Help pupils develop literacy, numeracy, and social skills
- Assist with planning and preparing resources for lessons
- Encourage positive behaviour and support inclusion for all pupils
- Collaborate with teachers, SEN staff, and parents to ensure each child gets the support they need
About you
- You have previous experience working with children (school or nursery setting)
- You’re patient, kind, and enthusiastic about learning
- You’re a team player who enjoys contributing to a positive school environment
- You’re flexible and ready to adapt to different classroom needs
