Protocol Education is currently seeking a dedicated Full-Time SEN Teaching Assistant to work across primary schools in the London Borough of Newham. This role involves supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups, working with children with Special Educational Needs across EYFS to KS2. You will play a vital role in helping pupils access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
The Role:
- Full-time position (Monday–Friday)
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 basis or in group settings
- Working across EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2
- Supporting children with a range of SEN needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEMH, learning difficulties)
- Collaborating with class teachers and SENCOs

- Experience working with children with SEN (school-based experience preferred)
- Patient, caring, and adaptable approach
- Passion for supporting children’s learning and development
- Able to work effectively as part of a school team
