FULL-TIME SEND LEARNING SUPPORT ASSISTANT NEEDED!

I am working with some fantastic SEND Schools in and around Greenwich, and we need you! We are looking for Full-Time Learning Support Assistants with strong SEND experience. You will be working within small classes and your main responsibilities will include supporting the classroom teacher as well as other members of support staff in the management of the classroom's behaviour, maintaining a calm environment and boosting the confidence in children to meet their individual academic goals and achievements.

The successful candidate should:

  • Have a good academic background with strong experience working with students that have Special Educational Needs.
  • Have experience or a good understanding of working within a school setting/childcare environment.
  • Hold an up-to-date DBS (on the Update Service) or be willing to apply for one.
  • Hold a safeguarding qualification or be willing to complete a FREE safeguarding course provided by us.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
