The Role

As a Class Teacher, you will

  • Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
  • Inspire and motivate pupils to achieve their full potential.
  • Assess, monitor, and track pupil progress effectively.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and the wider school community.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour, attainment, and achievement.
  • The Ideal Candidate
  • Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Has experience teaching within a UK primary school setting.
  • Is passionate about delivering outstanding learning experiences.
  • Has high expectations for all pupils and a commitment to raising achievement.
  • Demonstrates excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Is reflective in their practice and committed to continuous professional development.
  • Can build positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families.

Please note: This role is not suitable for Early Career Teachers (ECTs).
