We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible supply basis across a range of primary, secondary, and SEN schools in Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
Whether you're an experienced Teaching Assistant, a university graduate, a support worker, or someone looking to gain experience in education, we would love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Flexible Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Support students in the classroom on a 1:1 basis or in small groups
- Assist teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
- Encourage pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
- Provide additional support to students with SEND where required
- Adapt to different school environments and year groups
We're Looking For People Who:
- Have a positive and proactive attitude
- Are reliable, flexible, and adaptable
- Enjoy working with children and young people
- Can build positive relationships quickly
- Have experience in education, childcare, care, youth work, coaching, or support work (desirable but not essential)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
