Love working with children but want the freedom to pick when and where you work?

  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to help children engage and succeed
  • Creating a calm, nurturing classroom environment
  • Adapting to different schools and routines — no two days are the same!

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with children or young people (in schools, nurseries, or childcare settings)
  • A caring, proactive attitude and the ability to build quick rapport
  • Flexibility — you choose your days and we’ll match you to the right schools
  • SEN experience or training is a bonus (and if you’d like to build your skills, we offer free Thrive training too!)

Why join Protocol Education?

  • Total flexibility – choose when and where you work
  • Free access to our online CPD Academy (including Thrive training)
  • Friendly, local consultant support every step of the way
