How to prepare for a job interview at Protocol Education Ltd

Know Your EYFS Framework

Make sure you brush up on the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework before your interview. Being able to discuss how you’ve applied it in your previous roles will show that you’re not just familiar with it, but that you can effectively implement it in a nursery setting.

Show Your Passion for Child Development

During the interview, let your love for working with young learners shine through. Share specific examples of activities you've organised that sparked curiosity and creativity in children. This will demonstrate your commitment to fostering a nurturing environment.
