SEN Teaching Assistant – Ferryhill
Protocol Education are seeking a caring and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Ferryhill.
This rewarding role involves supporting children and young people aged 4–19 with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and a range of complex additional needs.

- Your Responsibilities
- Provide individual and small group support to pupils with autism and additional learning needs.
- Help pupils develop communication, social and independence skills.
- Support emotional regulation using consistent routines and positive behaviour strategies.

- Work closely with teachers and therapists to create an inclusive learning environment.
