You'll be working closely with teachers and support staff to help pupils make progress academically, socially and emotionally.

From classroom assistance to targeted interventions, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to children's school experience.

The Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting pupils throughout classroom activities
  • Assisting with learning across the curriculum
  • Delivering interventions to individuals and small groups
  • Providing one-to-one support
  • Working with pupils who have SEND
  • Helping teachers prepare learning materials
  • Encouraging confidence, independence and positive behaviour

What we're looking for

  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
  • Previous experience in a primary school
  • A strong understanding of classroom support
  • Excellent communication skills
