The Role
- Support learning inside and outside the classroom
- Deliver targeted interventions for individual pupils
- Encourage confidence, independence and resilience
- Assist with classroom activities and behaviour support
- Work closely with teaching staff to meet individual learning needs

- Recent graduate
- Passionate about helping children succeed
- Calm, patient and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience with children is beneficial but not essential
