Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a specialist SEND school in Ferryhill.

You will lead learning activities, deliver targeted interventions and provide high-quality support to pupils with a range of SEND needs.

This role is suitable for experienced TAs with HLTA qualification who want progression.

You'll work closely with teachers, track pupil progress and support positive behaviour while benefiting from our CPD, training and ongoing
