Are you passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their education journey? Protocol Education is seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to work within an EYFS setting in a specialist SEMH school in Gateshead.
What your day will look like:
- Supporting children through play-based learning activities
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and build positive relationships
- Working closely with the class teacher to create a safe, engaging environment
- Encouraging communication, social development, and independence
- Providing consistent, calm support during transitions and routines
