Join Protocol Education’s dedicated team supporting children with SEND across vibrant mainstream primary schools in Haringey. We are seeking experienced, adaptable professionals who can make an immediate impact in inclusive classroom environments.

About the Role

You will provide targeted 1:1 and small-group SEND support, helping pupils with a range of additional needs to access learning, build confidence and make sustained progress. Roles are available across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, with opportunities for full-time and part-time work.

  • Strong experience supporting children with SEND in primary settings
  • Confident working with a range of needs including ASD, SEMH, speech & language and learning difficulties
  • Skilled at building positive relationships and promoting independence
  • Reliable, nurturing and proactive in busy school environments
  • Able to follow EHCP targets and work collaboratively with Teachers and SENCOs
