What your role will involve:

  • You’ll be trusted to take ownership of the classroom from the moment you walk in.
  • Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
  • Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom routines.
  • Adapt quickly to different school environments.
  • Support pupils of all abilities, including SEND.
  • Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
