We are working with a range of supportive primary schools across Gateshead who are seeking confident, experienced teachers to step into classrooms and deliver high-quality learning on a flexible basis.
What your role will involve:
- You’ll be trusted to take ownership of the classroom from the moment you walk in.
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across EYFS, KS1, or KS2.
- Maintain strong behaviour management and classroom routines.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments.
- Support pupils of all abilities, including SEND.
- Ensure continuity of learning in the absence of the class teacher.
