Protocol Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and well-resourced mainstream primary school in Chelmsford to appoint a committed and enthusiastic Year 2 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September.
The Role
- Full responsibility for a Year 2 class, planning and delivering engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive, inclusive learning environment that supports pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Assess, track, and support progress to ensure strong outcomes.
- Work closely with colleagues, parents, and support staff.
- Contribute positively to the wider school community.
The Ideal Candidate
- Holds QTS (or equivalent).
- Has experience teaching KS1, ideally Year 2.
- Confident with behaviour management and classroom organisation.
- Passionate, adaptable, and committed to high-quality teaching.
