The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work closely with teachers and students to create a positive and engaging learning environment. Your day might include:
- Supporting the teacher with classroom activities and lesson delivery
- Working one to one or in small groups with pupils who need extra support
- Helping to keep pupils engaged and focused during lessons
- Encouraging confidence, independence, and positive behaviour
- Supporting students with additional learning needs where required

In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
