We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to work on a long‑term booking in a mainstream primary school in the Colchester area. The role involves 1:1 support for a child who requires additional help to access learning and thrive within the classroom environment. The school is welcoming, supportive, and keen to find someone who can build a strong, consistent relationship with the pupil.
Ideal Candidate
- Have previous experience working with children (experience in a school setting is highly desirable)
- Be patient, nurturing, and committed to supporting individual learning needs
- Be able to work reliably on a long‑term basis
- Preferably be a driver (though not essential)
