We are working with a warm and welcoming nursery in Harlow that is looking for a passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioner to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys supporting young children in their early development and wants to be part of a nurturing, supportive environment. The nursery prides itself on creating a safe, engaging space where children can learn, explore and thrive. This role would suit someone who is enthusiastic, caring and able to build strong relationships with both children and colleagues. A positive, hands-on approach and a good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) is key. This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with consistent hours within a supportive early years setting.
Requirements
- A Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience working within an early years or nursery setting
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A caring, patient and proactive approach
