A welcoming Primary School in Harlow is looking for a compassionate and patient 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant to support a pupil with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). The Role Providing 1:1 support to a pupil with ASD Supporting engagement with classroom learning and structured activities Assisting with communication, emotional regulation and routines Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO Helping create a safe, structured and nurturing learning environment The Ideal Candidate Experience supporting Autism / SEN / additional needs Calm, patient and nurturing approach Strong communication and teamwork skills Experience in a Primary or SEN setting desirable All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
