The Role
- Position: Teaching Assistant
- Contract: Full-Time or Part-Time
- Location: Esher, Surrey (KT10)
We're Looking For Someone Who:
- Has experience working within a school or childcare environment
- Is committed to helping children achieve their full potential
- Can work collaboratively with teachers and support staff
- Has strong communication and organisational skills
- Is caring, proactive, and adaptable
- Can support pupils with varying learning abilities
- Has experience supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, or other Special Educational Needs, which would be a great bonus
- Has strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
The Successful Candidate Will:
- Support pupils across the curriculum
- Deliver small group interventions where required
- Promote positive behaviour and pupil engagement
- Help create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
- Work closely with teachers to meet pupils' individual learning needs
- Contribute positively to the wider school community
