We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant, learning support assistant, SEN TA to support a mainstream primary school in Epsom. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and education of children from early years to KS2, working closely with the class teacher and other staff members.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment for all children.
- Observe and assess children's progress, maintaining accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other staff to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements
- Relevant qualification (Drama, Dance, Psychology, English, Sports science or equivalent).
