We’re working with a network of SEND schools in and around Shrewsbury to place committed, caring graduates in meaningful support roles. Whether you’ve got classroom experience or not, we’ll help match you to a role that suits your strengths and goals.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building positive, trusting relationships with students
- Supporting learning both in and out of the classroom
- Adapting approaches to meet each pupil’s individual needs
- Encouraging independence and resilience, every step of the way
- Supporting with EHCP goals and helping students with their social and emotional development
