Protocol Education is on the lookout for warm, caring and energetic Nursery and Early Years Support Staff to join lovely nurseries and schools across Bristol, Bath & Keynsham.

We're looking for Nursery Assistants, Early Years Practitioners and Learning Support Staff who genuinely enjoy helping little ones grow in confidence, curiosity and independence during those all-important early years.

Whether you're experienced already or looking to build more classroom experience, we'll help match you with roles that suit your personality, availability and goals.

What Your Days Could Look Like

One minute you'll be helping with phonics, the next you'll be knee-deep in messy play or celebrating a child writing their name for the first time.

You could be

  • Supporting children in EYFS and early KS1
  • Working 1:1 or with small groups

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
