We’re working with a warm, well-loved nursery in Bath that’s ready to welcome a confident Room Leader into the team as soon as possible. This role goes beyond running a room. What Your Role Will Look Like

  • Leading your own nursery room and supporting a small, close‑knit team
  • Planning engaging, play‑led learning in line with the EYFS
  • Tracking children’s progress and supporting their next steps
  • Building strong, open relationships with parents and carers
  • Keeping safeguarding and welfare at the heart of everything you do

You’ll set the standard day to day, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for both children and your team.

What We Need To Clear You

  • Right to work in the UK
  • Two proofs of address
  • A CV covering the last 10 years, with any gaps explained
  • Two years of references, including recent early years experience
  • An overseas police check if you’ve lived abroad for 3 months or more in the last 5 years

If you’re ready to take the lead and create a space where little learners can truly flourish, we’d love to hear from you. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
