We’re working with a warm, well-loved nursery in BS6 that’s ready to welcome a confident Room Leader into the team after half term. This role goes beyond running a room. What Your Role Will Look Like:
- Leading your own nursery room and supporting a small, close-knit team
- Planning engaging, play-led learning in line with the EYFS
- Tracking children’s progress and supporting their next steps

You’ll set the standard day to day, creating a positive, supportive atmosphere for both children and your team.
What Makes You A Great Fit:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Confidence leading others and bringing out the best in your team
- A strong understanding of the EYFS framework
- A warm, approachable communication style
