We're working with welcoming Secondary Schools in Ealing looking for a qualified and experienced Physical Education (PE) Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident educator who can hit the ground running, deliver high-quality PE lessons and make a positive impact from day one.

What you'll be doing:

  • Teaching Physical Education across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the opportunity to teach Key Stage 5 depending on your experience
  • Planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons that inspire pupils to enjoy sport, physical activity and healthy lifestyles
  • Developing students' fitness, confidence, teamwork and resilience through a broad and inclusive PE curriculum
  • Assessing progress, providing meaningful feedback and helping every student achieve their personal best
  • Leading and supporting extracurricular clubs, fixtures and school sporting events
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to contribute to a thriving PE department and wider school community

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification, this role is not suitable for unqualified teachers
  • Proven experience teaching Physical Education in UK secondary schools
  • The confidence and expertise to deliver engaging PE lessons independently from the outset
  • Strong classroom and behaviour management skills, with the ability to motivate pupils of all abilities
  • A genuine passion for promoting sport, physical wellbeing and positive outcomes for young people
  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
