We\’re working with a welcoming primary school in Ealing looking for a full-time SEN Teaching Assistant to support pupils in KS1 . This role is ideal for someone with hands-on SEN experience who knows how powerful patience, consistency and kindness can be.

The school has a calm, inclusive feel and a team that genuinely looks out for one another. You\’ll be supporting children with additional needs, helping them feel safe, understood and ready to learn.

Responsibilities

Supporting pupils with SEN in a KS1 classroom, both 1:1 and in small groups

Helping children access learning through routine, encouragement and clear boundaries

Working closely with the class teacher and SENCO to keep support consistent

Celebrating small wins, because they really do matter

What we\’re looking for (Qualifications / Experience)

Experience supporting children with SEN, this could be in a school or similar setting

A calm, positive approach and bags of empathy

Confidence working with KS1 pupils

Someone reliable who shows up with care and commitment

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
