The Role:

  • Support learning across Year 1, with a focus on raising attainment and engagement
  • Deliver Maths, English, and Phonics interventions
  • Provide targeted support for pupils with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, Dyslexia, and Speech & Language needs
  • Work closely with the class teacher and wider support staff to create a positive learning environment.

  • Educated to a strong academic level (Degree, A-Levels, and GCSEs)
  • Confident, proactive, and able to use their initiative in the classroom
