The Role
Working within our partner schools, you will provide vital support to students and teaching staff, creating positive learning environments where every young person can thrive.
Key Duties
- Classroom support across various departments
- Providing targeted intervention support
- Assisting students with additional learning needs
- Promoting positive behaviour and engagement
- Supporting the wider school community
We're Looking For
- Previous experience with children or young people is beneficial
- A positive, patient and resilient attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to different school environments
- Understanding of safeguarding responsibilities
