As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom when teachers are absent, delivering pre‑planned lessons and ensuring students stay engaged, focused, and on track with their learning. No lesson planning required, just great classroom presence and a positive attitude.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supervising whole classes across a range of subjects
  • Delivering pre‑set work and ensuring students remain on task
  • Managing classroom behaviour in line with school policies
  • Supporting students to complete their learning activities
  • Providing feedback to teaching staff following lessons
  • Helping to create a positive and productive learning environment

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has experience working with young people, either in education, coaching, youth work, tutoring, or similar settings
  • Is confident managing groups of students
  • Has strong communication and organisational skills
  • Can remain calm, professional, and adaptable
  • Holds a degree or relevant experience (desirable but not essential)
