About the Role

As a Design & Technology Teacher, you will:

• Teach engaging Design & Technology lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students through a combination of practical workshop activities and theoretical learning
• Develop learners' creativity, problem-solving abilities and technical skills
• Foster a safe, positive and productive learning environment
• Differentiate learning to ensure all students can achieve success
• Work closely with colleagues within a well-established department
• Support enrichment activities, STEM projects and wider curriculum opportunities

We're Looking For

• Qualified Design & Technology Teachers with QTS or equivalent
• Teachers with experience or specialisms in Product Design, Engineering, Resistant Materials or Graphics
• Passionate ECTs seeking a welcoming environment to develop their practice
• Confident classroom practitioners with strong subject knowledge
• Educators who can motivate young people and encourage independent thinking
• Professionals who build positive relationships while maintaining high expectations

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
