Nursery Practitioners, Teaching Assistants, and SEN Support Staff for daily supply and short-term opportunities across Waltham Forest.
We work with a variety of welcoming nurseries, mainstream schools, and specialist SEN settings, offering flexible opportunities to support children’s learning, development, and wellbeing.

The Role
You will support children’s learning and development by
- Assisting teachers and nursery staff with daily activities and routines.
- Supporting children through play-based and engaging learning.
- Providing 1:1 and small group support.
- Supporting children with SEN, including Autism (ASD), ADHD, SEMH, and communication needs.
- Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment.
- Supporting personal care where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children in a nursery, school, or childcare setting.
- Experience supporting children with SEN is desirable.
- A caring, patient, and adaptable approach.
- Understanding of safeguarding and child development.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
