From Primary to Secondary schools, we’re looking for dedicated SEN Teaching Assistants, Learning Support Assistants (LSAs), and SEND Support Staff who are ready to make a real difference.

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting teachers and pupils in Primary and Secondary SEN classrooms
- Providing tailored 1:1 and small group support as an SEN TA or LSA
- Helping learners with additional needs to thrive in and out of the classroom
- Bringing positivity, patience and adaptability to each day
What we’re looking for:
- Experience supporting children or young people with SEN (school-based or otherwise)
- A caring, calm and reliable approach
- Availability for at least 3 days per week
- Willingness to adapt and muck in wherever needed
