Protocol Education are recruiting teaching assistants to work in a state of the art special needs school in Croydon, starting September 2026.

You will support students with autism, speech and language difficulties, and other complex needs across early years to secondary levels, in small classes of 6–8.

No prior experience is required; commitment, passion and dedication are key.

The role offers training, ongoing development, and a year-long placement with weekly pay and DBS checks provided.
