Protocol Education Ltd is recruiting SEND teaching assistants for September 2026 across local SEND schools in your area. Roles include one-to-one and small-group support for pupils with SEND, SEMH, ASD and PMLD. Experience in schools isn’t essential, and backgrounds in youth work, care, coaching or mentoring are welcomed to bring patience, empathy and resilience to every learner.
