SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity in Croydon

Key Responsibilities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support to pupils with SEN.
- Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons.
- Support students with their academic, social, and emotional development.
- Help create a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Follow individual education plans (IEPs) and support strategies.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, SENCOs, and parents where required.
Requirements
- Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.
- SEN experience is preferred but not essential, as training and support can be provided.
- A patient, caring, and proactive approach.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS Certificate on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
- Right to work in the UK.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
