Protocol Education is currently working closely with SEN schools in the Croydon area and are seeking qualified and experienced SEN Learning Support Assistants to work with them on a long-term basis. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you have previous experience of working with pupils on a 1:1 basis, who have speech and language difficulties or behavioural issues. It would also be beneficial if you have worked with pupils with or using the following:
- Makaton
- PECS - Picture Exchange Communication System
- Behavioural issues
- Autism
