We are looking for a Creative Teaching Assistant to join a vibrant and inclusive primary school, supporting students across the classroom through imaginative, engaging, and expressive approaches to learning.
What We’re Looking For:

A background in drama, theatre, performing arts, or creative education

Someone who is confident, articulate, and passionate about helping children grow

A warm, energetic personality with a flair for engaging learners in creative ways

A strong team player who can also take initiative when needed

Previous experience working with children or young people is highly desirable
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers with classroom activities, particularly in creative subjects

Delivering engaging learning experiences, often through drama, role-play, or visual storytelling

Assisting individual pupils or small groups to reinforce learning

Encouraging creativity, confidence, and self-expression in students

Contributing to a positive, inclusive, and inspiring classroom environment
