Responsibilities
- Supporting the lead teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
- Assisting in the planning and preparation of educational materials
- Providing one-on-one support to students who require additional help
- Supervising students during class activities and outings
- Assisting with classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
Required Qualifications
- GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
- Previous experience working in a school or educational setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
