- Supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs, including Autism, ADHD, speech and language needs and complex learning difficulties.
- Using creativity, patience and encouragement to help pupils engage with learning.
- Delivering one-to-one and small group support tailored to individual needs.
- Working alongside teachers, therapists and support staff to create positive learning experiences.
- Celebrating every achievement, because every step forward matters.
- We\'re looking for someone who
- Has experience working with children or young people, either in education, care, youth work or similar settings.
- Thinks creatively and enjoys finding different ways to engage and motivate others.
- Is calm, resilient and brings positivity, even on the challenging days.

- Believes every child deserves the opportunity to succeed.
