Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEMH Teacher to join a specialist educational setting in
Cramlington .
This is a rewarding opportunity for a teacher who understands that positive relationships are the foundation of meaningful progress.
You'll work with pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs, delivering engaging lessons while helping learners develop emotional resilience, confidence and a more positive relationship with education.
You'll bring patience, creativity and consistency to the classroom, creating a safe and structured environment where pupils feel understood, supported and ready to learn.

- Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
- Building strong and respectful relationships with pupils
- Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
- Adapting teaching to meet individual learning needs
- Planning around EHCP outcomes and personalised targets
- Working closely with Teaching Assistants and pastoral teams
- Monitoring progress and adjusting strategies where needed
- Creating a calm, inclusive and structured learning environment
- What we’re looking for

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have a genuine commitment to supporting young people who may need a different approach to learning.
