We are working with a large, innovative secondary school in Northumberland to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to support pupils across KS3–KS5. The school has a strong inclusive ethos and places high importance on student wellbeing, engagement, and personalised support.

This role is ideal for someone experienced in SEN, SEMH, or additional learning support, either in-class, 1:1, or through small-group interventions.

About the role

  • Provide in-class and targeted learning support across a range of subjects
  • Support pupils with SEN, SEMH, EHCPs, or additional learning needs
  • Work 1:1 or with small groups to support progress and engagement
