We’re working with forward-thinking secondary schools across North Bristol looking for confident, capable Cover Supervisors to step in when teachers are away. You don’t need to plan or mark, just lead the lesson, keep things on track, and be the go-to grown-up when it matters most.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
- Managing classroom behaviour and encouraging engagement
- Providing feedback to teachers after cover lessons
- Acting as a positive, steady presence across the school day
