What Does a Cover Supervisor Do?
As a Cover Supervisor, you’ll step into the classroom when teachers are absent and deliver pre-planned lessons across KS3 and KS4. You won’t be expected to plan lessons or mark work, your role is to keep students engaged, manage behaviour positively, and make sure learning continues smoothly throughout the day. It’s a brilliant way to gain classroom experience, build confidence, and get your foot in the door with fantastic schools.
