Cover Supervisor / HLTA
Location: Epping Forest including:Buckhurst Hill, Chigwell, Epping, Loughton
Pay: £105–£125 per day (depending on experience) PAYE
Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm (term time only)
Availability: Minimum 3 working days per week
Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor or HLTA with a passion for education and a confident classroom presence? We’re looking for skilled educators to support a network of welcoming primary schools across the Epping Forest area.
You’ll be delivering pre-prepared lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and ensuring pupils stay engaged and supported throughout the day.
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience covering whole classes in a primary setting
- Strong behaviour management and positive reinforcement techniques
- A genuine passion for education and supporting young learners
- Flexibility, reliability, and a proactive approach
Requirements:
- Valid Right to Work in the UK
- Availability for a minimum of 3 working days per week
- Reliable transport or a full UK driving licence
- A DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for a new one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
