We’re working with a number of supportive secondary schools across Harrogate who are on the lookout for reliable and adaptable Cover Supervisors to join their teams. These schools are well-regarded for their welcoming staff culture, strong behaviour systems, and commitment to helping both students and staff succeed. This role is ideal for graduates, aspiring teachers, sports coaches, youth workers, tutors, or anyone with experience working with young people who’s looking to make a real difference in schools. Responsibilities
- Supervising classes across a variety of subjects using pre-prepared lesson materials

Qualifications and requirements
- Experience working with young people in any setting, schools, coaching, youth work, tutoring or similar
- Confident communication and a proactive attitude
- Strong classroom presence and the ability to think on your feet
- A genuine passion for supporting young people and education
- Graduates and aspiring teachers are strongly encouraged to apply
- All candidates must undertake a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service
