Protocol Education is working with secondary schools across South Gloucestershire and surrounding areas to find confident, reliable people to work as Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors. You don’t need QTS, and you won’t be thrown in unprepared. We give you the training and support to feel confident from day one.
What you’ll be doing:
- Supervising pre-set lessons when teachers are absent
- Keeping classrooms calm, focused, and positive
- Supporting students to stay on task and complete their work
- Managing behaviour in a fair and confident way
- Passing work and notes back to teaching staff
- Following safeguarding procedures at all times
You’ll work across different subjects and year groups, which is brilliant experience if you’re exploring a future in teaching.
