We’re working with a brilliant secondary school in Pontefract that’s looking for a confident, dependable Cover Supervisor to join their team long-term. No daily supply. No surprises. Just one school, where you can settle in, build relationships, and really make a difference.
What you’ll be doing:
- Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
- Creating a calm, purposeful environment for learning
- Managing behaviour in line with school policy
- Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
- Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day
