We’re working with a brilliant secondary school in Pontefract that’s looking for a confident, dependable Cover Supervisor to join their team long-term. No daily supply. No surprises. Just one school, where you can settle in, build relationships, and really make a difference.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering pre-set lessons across a range of subjects
  • Creating a calm, purposeful environment for learning
  • Managing behaviour in line with school policy
  • Supporting students to stay focused and engaged
  • Feeding back to teaching staff at the end of each day

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working with young people (in or outside of school)
  • A confident, approachable style and strong classroom presence
  • Good communication and behaviour management skills
  • A flexible, proactive attitude and genuine interest in education
