Protocol Education is seeking a Cover Supervisor to join one of our most highly-regarded partner schools. This is a \”brilliant\” environment known for its inclusive culture, exceptional student behavior, and supportive leadership team.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be the backbone of the school\’s daily operations, ensuring that learning continues seamlessly in the absence of classroom teachers.
Your Responsibilities
Lead the Classroom: Deliver pre-set lesson plans across various subjects to students aged 11–16.
Manage Behavior: Maintain a positive and focused learning environment using the school\’s established behavior policies.
Support Students: Answer questions and provide guidance to keep students on track with their work.
Adaptability: Move between departments and year groups with ease, bringing energy to every lesson.
